Nasir Nickel Alloys, located in Manama, Bahrain, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Inconel 600 Coils, known for their exceptional resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and high-temperature environments. Engineered with precision and consistent quality, Nasir Nickel Alloys offers Inconel 600 coils to meet demanding industrial standards. These coils serve critical applications in aerospace, chemical processing, power generation, and marine industries, where durability under thermal stress and corrosive conditions is paramount.
Inconel 600 Coils are composed primarily of at least 72% nickel, 14-17% chromium, and 6-10% iron, with trace amounts of carbon (0.15% max), manganese (1.0% max), silicon (0.5% max), sulfur (0.015% max), copper (0.5% max), and other minor elements. They possess tensile strength of up to 900 MPa in spring temper and excellent mechanical stability across a wide temperature range (-200 to 1000°C). The material exhibits high resistance to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion.
