Nasir Nickel Alloys, based in Manama, Bahrain, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Inconel Bars, known for delivering high-quality and precision-engineered products. They specialize in production of Inconel bars that combine exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and heat tolerance, tailored to meet stringent industry standards. Serving diverse sectors including aerospace, power generation, chemical processing, and marine, Nasir Nickel Alloys provides durable and reliable Inconel bars that perform exceptionally even in the most demanding environments, ensuring long-lasting service and customer satisfaction.
Inconel Bars are primarily composed of nickel (50-72%), chromium (14-23%), iron (main balance), and other elements such as molybdenum, cobalt, and manganese depending on the grade (commonly 600, 625, 718). They offer outstanding mechanical properties including tensile strength up to approximately 1,300 MPa, excellent creep and fatigue resistance, and good ductility and toughness over a wide temperature range. These bars resist oxidation and corrosion in highly acidic, high-temperature, and harsh chemical environments.
