The nickel alloy flanges are made from high-purity nickel grades like Nickel 200 and Nickel 201, known for excellent corrosion resistance in reducing environments including caustic alkalis, sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. They offer good mechanical strength even at elevated temperatures and maintain performance in steam, moist air, and harsh chemical exposure.
