Nickel Alloy Stud Bolts are mainly composed of high-purity nickel (around 99% minimum) with trace elements such as carbon (max 0.02% in 201 grade), manganese, silicon, copper, iron, and sulfur in minor amounts. These bolts have tensile strengths ranging from approximately 403 MPa (Nickel 201) to 462 MPa (Nickel 200), yield strengths roughly between 103 MPa and 148 MPa, with elongation values of 45-50%. They exhibit excellent resistance to corrosion in reducing and caustic environments, combined with good toughness, ductility, and weldability.
