Super Duplex Steel Nuts UNS S32760 are composed of approximately 24-26% chromium, 6-8% nickel, 3-5% molybdenum, with minor amounts of manganese, silicon, copper, nitrogen, and very low carbon, phosphorus, and sulfur. This unique alloy composition gives the nuts high tensile strength (around 860 MPa or above), yield strength over 550 MPa, and good elongation. Their mechanical properties also include excellent hardness and impact resistance, and their corrosion resistance extends to chloride environments, making them highly resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. They meet standards such as ASTM A479 and ASME SA479 with sizes ranging from M3 to M56 and lengths from 3 mm to 200 mm.
