Titanium UNS R56410 Pipes also known as Ti-3Al-2.5V, are composed of approximately 3% Aluminum, 2.5% Vanadium, and the remainder is Titanium. The alloy also contains trace amounts of Iron (max 0.25%) and Oxygen (max 0.15%). These pipes offer excellent mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of around 690 MPa, a yield strength of 550 MPa, and an elongation of 15%. With a density of 4.43 g/cm³, they are strong yet lightweight, making them ideal for applications where weight is a concern. Titanium Gr 10 pipes are highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation, ensuring durability in harsh environments.
